Gay marriages allegedly violate Presbyterian church law – yet Minister Jane Spahr was aquitted due to the fact that the church did not believe the same sex marriages she performed were real. Now, however, several of the marriages that she performed occurred within the 5 month span in which same sex marriage was legal. What does this mean for Spahr?
